((there was an orange but i left it on my counter)

A piece of reeses cake (FORCED ON ME! )

Half a jar of pickles ( i love pickles)

Whole wheat pasta with veggies and balsamic vinegar

I actually ate pretty well this weekend but of course i cant really remember what i ate

I went biking yesterday 9 miles! Yay!

Today i had a greek yogurt for breakfast
A mozzarella and pesto panini and a pink lemonade for lunch

I steamed up 7 mushroom dumpling and some rice for dinner and had an orange and some littl cookeis for dessert.

Back to work.. back to normal eating

Lunch:
tofu stir fry with rice and lots of veggies.

Apple and tons of seltzer

Dinner
Homemade whole wheat pizza with artichoke and black olives.

1 glass of wine

I am soo bad at remembering what I ate during the weekend.

I know i had shrimp scampi at dinner on saturday night and a cannoli for dessert.
I had an egg white sandwich from DD on sunday at like 3 and then I had a veggie burger for dinner friday night. BUt all the other meals were a blur!

So we were off from work yesterday and i had an egg sandwich from DD again at like 3 and then walked all over the city. Then I ate one sushi roll and some chocolate candy for dinner and that was about it.

a few bites of pickled radish salad from the Korean grocery store.. then i had to toss it caue my roomie said it stunk real bad.

7 mushroom dumplings, steamed

1 glass of scotch

fun dip it turned my teeth blue

Working from home means i pigged out

A 2 egg omelet with some cheddar cheese and broccoli

Cauliflower and apple au gratin (home made) bad for me im sure

Seaweed salad and 9 pieces of sushi.

2 plain veggie burgers on a plate dipped in mustard
a few grilled veggies

Exercise:
25 mins on my bike trainer
