yes i know i didnt write down food the past few days... i ate badly :)

Here's today..

Breakfast:
Toasted bagel with tofu cream cheese.

Lunch: 70 calorie healthy valley veggie soup (idont know how thats gonna fill me up but i can dream right?)
Seltzer


Dinner:
Whole wheat pasta with broccoli and tuna

Exercise :
Half hour on my bike
