Half of a sunflower seed flagel- toasted

Lunch- Veggie panini

Snack-5 Jelly bellys

Dinner (I went out to Park Ave winter for Restaurant week) Yeah not soo healthy oh well

Porcini Ravioli, Swiss Chard Gorgonzola Cream

Crispy Calamari & Carrot Salad
Roasted Peanuts, Lime Vinaigrette ( i only ate half)

Chilled Banana Parfait
Chocolate Crumbs & Banana Butterscotch Puree



Exercise
Walked 30 blocks and 2 aves to the restaurant
