Breakfast

English muffin with peanut butter
Soy milk with u-bet chocolate syrup

Lunch
1 Can tuna with mustard mixed in on one half of a flagel
1 entemanns cupcake

Snack
2 cups plain green tea

Dinner
2 plain veggie burgers on a plate dipped in mustard
a few grilled veggies

Exercise:
25 mins on my bike trainer
